At Palmetto Sweets Co., we work hard to ensure your candy arrives fresh, fast, and in perfect condition — because sweet moments shouldn't wait!
Shipping Options
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and the selected shipping speed:

Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): $8.00

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $15.00

Free Shipping on orders over $85 (automatically applied at checkout)
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the time your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the best available rate.
Warm Weather & Candy Care
We take extra precautions to protect your candy during warmer months. Please bring packages inside as soon as possible to avoid melting.
Palmetto Sweets Co. is not responsible for candy that is damaged due to exposure after delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it for an additional fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@palmettosweetsco.com within 7 days of delivery.
