Q: Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Most of our products—including Candy Letters & Numbers, Sweetie Gift Boxes, and Acrylic Cubes—can be customized by color, candy type, labels, and themes. Just leave your preferences at checkout or reach out to us for large orders.
Q: How far in advance should I place a custom order?
We recommend placing custom orders at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for events. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability—just contact us!
Q: Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting options?
Yes! We love working with corporate clients and event planners. Reach out to us for volume discounts, custom branding, and shipping to multiple addresses.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How is Shipping Calculated?
We base our shipping rates on the total weight of your order to keep costs fair for all customers. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout, and you’ll always see your shipping cost before placing an order.
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the continental U.S. If you're located outside the U.S., please reach out and we’ll see how we can help.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or large orders may take 7–10 business days to process.
If you place an order on Friday, our team will ship the order out next Monday. National shipping holidays and situations outside of our control may affect these timeframes.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your goodies are on the way.
Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes! Local pickup is available in the Charlotte area. Delivery may be available for large event orders—just email admin@palmettosweetsco.com to confirm.

Q: Do you offer vegan or sugar-free options?
We offer select vegan and sugar-free candies depending on availability. Let us know your dietary needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Q: How should I store my candy?
To keep your treats fresh, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For items like candy boards or party packs, we recommend enjoying them within 2 weeks of delivery.
